Omega HZ-series high purity nitrogen generators will suit your needs.

By applying the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method for separating the oxygen and nitrogen from the compressed air, high purity nitrogen is now available for your specific application.

The range Verhaar Omega HZ-series high purity nitrogen generators varies from units producing 5 nm3/hr to the larger units with a capacity upto 1300 nm3/hr.

All the systems are standard calibrated and designed for a guaranteed nitrogen purity of 99,5%. The Verhaar Omega HZ-series high purity nitrogen generators however can produce nitrogen gas up to a purity of 99,9% in their standard design.

Using our in-house design and manufacturing expertise, we can customise specific capacities, purities or special applications upon your request.

When required Verhaar Omega HZ-series high purity nitrogen generators include the complete valve arrangement to be fitted in your nitrogen deck lines (double block & bleed), pressure transmitters and other required instruments.

By supplying the complete system and accessories, we secure the reliability of your system. Also available are class-approved buffer tanks for nitrogen storage, high flow and high precision pressure reducing valves, and instrumentation for your strip, pad and blanket lines. All these instruments and equipment are fully incorporated in the One Touch control system.

Certificates & certification

Verhaar Omega HZ-series high purity nitrogen generators meet and are available with a certificate issued by the major classification bureaus such as LRS, GL, BV, DNV, ABS, RINA and RMRoS.
